Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

In case the shipping price is more than what you paid for on the website, we request you to make the remaining payment and only then will your order be shipped

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order. 

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. 

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order so that we can ship your order to the right address.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Return and refund

1) Can I cancel my order?

No, we do not offer any order cancellations. 

 

2) Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products and safety and contamination concerns, we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. We are unable to resell any item that has been out of our supervision therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

3) Received damaged goods.

In case your order was delivered to you and you see that it is damaged, please notify us within 6 hours of receiving the package. You will need to share images of the damaged goods as we will need this proof to provide to our delivery partner to claim for damaged goods. Shipping is done by a third party and we are unable to take up any damage claims. We will get back to you as and when we receive a response from the delivery partner regarding your package so please be patient. We will keep you informed. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and it must also be in the original packaging. Please refrain from using the products. If you do, we can not refund the amount.
